Our Premium Services

B.D. Customs does 3d solid designs and assemblies in SolidWorks (by Dassualt Sys). Our CNC programmimg is done in SurfCam (by VERO). Our CNC Equipment consists of 2 Haas mills, VF-3 & VF-4D, Hitachi HL23J hi-speed lathe, CK-2 lathe and Takang flatbed Lathe. Also, manual mill, lathe, grinders, and saws. We can provide Quality Control data if necessary, and archival of all inspection and test records.

Our machine shop includes CNC milling and turning machines as well as manual milling, turning, and grinding.

CNC Milling & Turning

We provide our customers with high-quality, made-to-order precision manufactured parts in a variety of shapes, sizes, or materials. Our CNC turning and milling centers are capable of holding precision tolerances to meet the needs of a wide range of industrial needs.

Prototype Work

SWhether you have a hand-drawn sketch, pre-designed CAD drawing, or a 3D model; B.D. Customs has the abilities to take your prototype from an idea to reality.
